The building maintenance team has almost completed the installation of new Manchester Unitarian Universalist Church sign!
We are excited to get this project complete which was funded by our members generous pledges to the church that helps support our churches maintenance needs.
The sign was constructed by Ted West who is a craftsman from Canterbury NH. Ted put a lot of expertise into the design including bevel board tops, engineered gaps for air and moisture movement. Choice of Sapele wood for longevity. The verticals are cedar to also meet the same long life standard. We were lucky to work with Ted on this project.
The sign still has some finishing steps before completion. The verticals will be done in the same special epoxy deck paint for durability along with a few other touches. Thanks so much for the whole building maintenance team that does so much to keep our church looking and functioning great. The team does so much in the background and I am eternally grateful for their efforts including this project!
