We have several spaces available to rent for meetings and other events. A description of each space can be found below. For more information on the rooms we offer, rental fees and availability, please contact the church office. If you are a new renter, the Administrator will set up an in-person meeting to give you a building walk-through and go over paperwork.

Rooms at UU Manchester

Fellowship Hall – The hall can accommodate 100-120 people depending on the set-up. Folding tables and chairs are available. Room can be divided.

Lounge – The lounge can accommodate 10-15 people and features a round center table, chairs, and a white board.

Library – A cozy nook that will accommodate 3-5 people for a small meeting.

Sanctuary – Our Sanctuary can be rented for large meetings and forums, as well as events such as memorials, weddings and concerts. The space seats up to 150 and features a sound and video system, organ and piano. Use of the church’s music and av equipment requires approval and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Food and drink (other than water) are not permitted in the Sanctuary.

Use of any space at UU Manchester requires a rental agreement, and renters will be asked to review and sign a copy of our building use policies. For more information on availability, current rental rates, and policies please call or email the church office.
