In response to the Covid19 pandemic, all in-person services and events have been cancelled or postponed until further notice. If you have scheduled an event at UU Manchester for a future date, be assured your event will remain on our calendar and you will be contacted should alternative arrangements need to be made in response to the current health crisis. We have several spaces available to rent for meetings and other events. A description of each space can be found below. For more information on the rooms we offer, rental fees and availability, please contact the church office. If you are already familiar with our rooms and would like to request a space for a certain date, you can fill out one of the following room request forms:
Rooms at UU Manchester
Fellowship Hall – The hall can accommodate 100-120 people depending on the set-up. Folding tables and chairs are available. Room can be divided. Adjacent kitchen is newly remodeled!
Lounge – The lounge can accommodate 25-30 people and features a kitchenette, chairs, white board, and several folding tables. The room can also be divided into two smaller spaces by partition.
Room 7 – A smaller meeting space with comfortable seating for 8-10 people. This room also has a large white board.
Library – A cozy nook that will accommodate 3-5 people for a small meeting.
Sanctuary – Our Sanctuary can be rented for large meetings and forums, as well as events such as memorials, weddings and concerts. The space seats up to 150 and features a sound and video system, organ and piano. Use of the church’s music and av equipment requires approval and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Food and drink (other than water) are not permitted in the Sanctuary.
Use of any space at UU Manchester requires a rental agreement, and renters will be asked to review and sign a copy of our building use policies. For more information on availability, current rental rates, and policies please call or email the church office.
