Brian Selling is running the “Better Than Takeout” booth for the Holiday Faire. What this means is simple: Members and friends prepare one of their specialty entree dishes and put them in aluminum containers and then freeze them. Containers are available from Brian or on the table with the sign-up sheet. Write on the top of the container what it is and oven cooking instructions. We then place them in the church freeze and sell them at the Faire. Cost is one for $15 or 2 for $25, so it is an appreciable money maker for the church from this booth-we normally clear well over $1000. 

So… Sign up for a dish and prepare two or more trays of your specialty. Deliver them any Sunday to Brian in November. Don’t forget to check out what is available from your friends in the church. On the day of the Faire you can buy something in the morning and Brian will keep it in the freezer until you are ready to go home.
