The Unitarian Universalist Church welcomes you to our next Sunday service! July 26th we will be hosting services at our usual 10am time. Large print hymnals and orders of service will be available. We also have a hearing loop with four receivers for our hard of hearing folks. After service we will have our Fellowship Hour with coffee and snacks, conversation, and community time.

Stop The Bleed Training For Committee Members
Monday, July 27th at 6pm, a volunteer from The Elliot Hospital will be giving a Stop The Bleed training to our committee leadership and members. We encourage interested committee members to join in free of charge. We ideally would like a few folks from RE, greeters, ushers, service helpers, and hospitality volunteers to become trained to develop a safety net in case of an emergency. If you have any questions, reach out to our admin.
Usher Volunteers Welcome!
Our roster of ushers has shifted over the past few months and we would love a few more volunteers for the rotation. Ushering is a fun and easy way to volunteer your time without missing Sunday services. Ushers welcome congregants into the Sanctuary and pass out the Orders of Service, collect our offering and organize it for the collector, and get to help and welcome new visitors. Update to Joys and Sorrows Forms
We’ve made a slight change to our Joys and Sorrows forms. At the bottom of the form is now a checkbox that reads “I DO want my joy or sorrow put in the weekly newsletter.” Our newsletter is a public and easily accessible platform, so if you want your joy/sorrow added to it, you now have a checkbox to cross out. Any J&S that does not have the box checked will be left out of the Flame and Chalice.
