The Unitarian Universalist church of Manchester welcomes you to our next Sunday service! Our next service is on June 21st at 10am. This service kicks off our lay led summer services, where our congregation members have the opportunity to present services while our Minister is on summer break. This service is being lead by guest speaker Mike Skinner. Join us afterwards downstairs in our Fellowship Hall for coffee, community, and conversation.

Pride is Nearly Here!
Hello UUCM! This is a quick announcement from the administrator. The office will be closed Friday June 26th. Coming June 27th, Manchester is holding the annual Pride Festival! The festival starts at 11am and will run until 5pm. We are still looking for volunteers for setup and take down, so please reach out to me if you’d like to be directed to the organizers. I will be at Pride early and will be assisting with the table setup and running! Hope to see you all there 🙂 -Tess Bloodrune
Usher Volunteers Welcome!
Our roster of Ushers has shifted over the past few months and we would love a few more volunteers for the rotation. Ushering is a fun and easy way to volunteer your time without missing Sunday Services. Ushers welcome congregants into the Sanctuary and pass out the Orders of Service, collect our offering and organize it for the Collector, and get to help and welcome new visitors. Is there someone in your life journey who inspired you to be a better version of yourself, and perhaps one who brought you closer to your UU values, whether you understood this at the time or not? If you are inspired to speak about this is topic, please contact Angela Audet at angelaaudet@gmail.com. We would like 3-4 speakers, speaking for 3-5 minutes each.
Yard Sale
Our annual Yard Sale has been scheduled! Join us September 12th from 8am to 2pm for a fun day of selling old items, finding new treasures, and raising money for our church. Volunteer opportunities and setup times will be announced soon, so stay tuned if you’d like to volunteer to assist with set up or run tables!
Disability Pride Tabling Opportunity!
On July 26th, there will be a Disability Pride Event in Dover, NH. Details are still being worked out by the head organizer, but this week they reached out to our Administrator to see if we would like to host a table for the event! If anyone is interested in running a UU Manchester table in Dover, please email Tess Bloodrune at admin@uumanchester.org. If you are willing to give rides to the Disability Pride event after Sunday services, please also contact Tess to arrange car pooling opportunities.
