UU History RE Class

Heretics, Rebels, & Trailblazers – Oh My!

The heritage of Unitarian Universalism is more than board meetings and canvass drives!

Join Rev. Kali on the 2nd & 3rd Thursday evenings, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm

in March, April, and May:

Mar. 14 and Mar. 21

Apr. 11 and Apr. 18

May 9 and May 16

We will learn about Unitarian dissenters, Universalist nonconformists, and Unitarian Universalist freethinkers. From Europe to Cambridge MA, through the American frontier and back again – we’ll explore the radical roots of our history: burning at the stake, religious tolerance, defiance, crisis, and fellowship. The roots of justice and love planted long ago have grown deep and wide, and still they beckon us to the margins of the future.

**This is a reprise originally offered in 2018 that was enjoyed by long-time UUs, church newcomers, and everyone between!!

Heretics, Rebels, & Trailblazers – Oh My!
