UU Manchester is joining RELIGIOUS RESPONSE TO HUNGER 2023, an interfaith action sponsored by our neighbor, Temple Adath Yeshurun.  If you are financially able to help, please bring item(s) from the “high need food list below,  or one of the 3 non- food items, to help fill the boxes in our lobby. by Monday evening, 9/ 25.  This is yet another way for us to act on our Second Principle –  Justice, Equity and Compassion.

Each place of worship will transport its donations to the Temple on Tuesday morning between 10:00 am -12 noon. If you have time to volunteer that Tuesday, please email Edna White at whiteedn@yahoo.com,  call or text her at 603) 867-9288.  They will then travel as a consolidated collection to the Families in Transition – New Horizons Food Pantry on Lake Ave, for the food insecure in Manchester.   This is yet another way for us to act on the Second Principle – Justice, Equity and Compassion.
