SOCKS! SOCKS! SOCKS!
The collection box for hats and gloves has been redecorated to reflect the change of seasons. It’s a reminder that as the weather grows colder, your donation of new socks and gloves grows more important.
Our last box load provided 88 pairs of socks to homeless persons, distributed by Shepherd’s Way on the street and at the 200 Elm Street drop-in center.
Celebrate Parker Prescott with Us!!
Our own Parker Prescott will be one of this year’s recipients of the Granite State Organizing Project’s Micah Award!
Awards are give to those who have a passion for justice, who love mercy, and who walk humbly with the Divine in service to others. The Micah Banquet will take place on Sunday, October 4, from 5:00-7:30pm at the Puritan Backroom Conference Center.
The church is sponsoring a table so we can all sit together. Tickets are $50 and we still have space available. Please contact Rev. Kali if you will be joining us!!
