Samhain- Remembrance, Reinforcement, and Reflection. Join us as we celebrate Samhain, the Gaelic word for “Summer’s End”. The traditions of Samhain were brought to the US in the 1800s by Celtic immigrants and blended with practices from holidays celebrated by other cultures in late October/early November, including All Souls’ Night, All Saints’ Day, and Dia De Los Muertos. The central focus this year will be on Remembrance and Honoring of departed loved ones. You are invited to bring hard copy photos to place on the altar the morning of the service. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
