If you are doing hospitality, you will find a few new things in the kitchen.   This week, Sylvia, Nick Simons ( a new member) and myself, did a very productive morning clean up and reorganization.   Everything was wiped down, broken or unusable items were discarded.  All the utensil bins were washed, organized and labelled.  You will now find paper goods and kitchen wraps in the bins.  Disposable tableware is consolidated and in the blue cabinet.  My next plan weeding through china cabinets, hopefully we’ll find some yard sale items. 

If you are renting the kitchen, having a committee party or meeting, we have an abundance of disposable tableware in the china cabinets, too.  Please don’t go out and buy more!   Paper goods pile up like baby bunnies.  Most items can be composted or recycled.

My goal is to make our kitchen more efficient, with supplies easier to access.  We’ll all save time.
