The Executive Board and the Finance Committee are calling a Congregational Meeting to discuss and vote on approval of an updated budget. Updated expense figures indicate that the budget passed at our Annual Meeting is not sufficient to cover our operating costs through the year. This recalculation requires that a new budget for the year be approved. The Board and Finance Committee will also propose and consider input on actions to help address the deficit.  

All are welcome to attend, but only members are eligible to vote. Voters must be present in order to vote. The quorum for the meeting is 20%. We will attempt to accommodate Zoom attendees during the meeting.
