Entrances

We use the ground level entrance on the west side of the building facing Union Street, and that entrance is equipped with an elevator that can bring users to the upstairs Sanctuary level or the downstairs Fellowship Hall level. When events are held in the Sanctuary (for worship, weddings, memorials, and more), we also open the Main Sanctuary Entrance also on Union Street which you will find under the “Black Lives Matter” banner.

Parking

On-street parking is plentiful on the streets surrounding UU Manchester. Our kind neighbors at North End Montessori also allow our congregants and visitors to park in their parking lot just northeast of the church on the corner of Walnut and Prospect Streets; if you are confronted by a yellow plastic chain you can remove it for the duration of the service but last one to leave replaces it!

Directions

Our Google Maps link offers you door-to-door directions for driving, walking, biking, or public transit.

Public Transit

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any Public Transit option to bring visitors and members to UU Manchester. But please ask someone for assistance and we will try to find an equitable solution for you!
